Service Description
Artsy Beast offers a relaxed and memorable way to celebrate your child’s birthday. I take care of the planning, decorating, materials, and cleanup so parents can simply enjoy the celebration. Each party is a two hour hosted event designed to feel joyful and effortless for both the children and their families. Your celebration includes the guided art activity, decorations, healthy snacks, pizza, cupcakes, party favors, and full setup and cleanup. Every detail is handled so you can arrive, celebrate, and leave without the usual stress of hosting at home. Children can choose between painting or handbuilding with clay. I provide all of the materials and instruction so the project is engaging, creative, and suited to the group. The result is a celebration where children create something meaningful with their hands while parents relax and enjoy the moment.
Cancelation Policy
Refunds and Cancellations Kids Classes: Missed classes due to failure to attend, planned absences, minor illnesses, or vacations will not be credited for future classes. All class dates are posted for your review and convenience during the booking process. Adult Classes: Each student is allowed 2 make-up sessions per 8-week session. These make-ups can be used for any missed class during the session. All make-up sessions must be completed within the same 8-week session and cannot carry over unless express permission is given. For instructions on how to make-up a class, please see the Attendance Policies page on the site (under "More"). Additional time in the studio can always be scheduled for an Open Studio for $35 a session. Workshops: No refunds will be given for missed one-time classes or workshops, regardless of reason. Summer Camps: Cancellation must be received in writing via email to info@artsybeast.com 4 weeks or 20 work days before the session begins. All: Classes are subject to change if the minimum student quota isn't met (5 students). Refund or a Credit (minus $30 cancellation fee due to credit card fees) is given for requests received one week before the start of a session by emailing info@artsybeast.com. No refunds will be given after a multi-week class has begun. Class fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
