The pace is steady and approachable, and the environment is focused but relaxed. It works well for teams who want time together that feels different from a typical meeting or restaurant outing. People are engaged, working with their hands, and naturally talking as they create something. Everything is organized in advance, and I handle the flow of the session so you don’t have to manage the room.
