Registration: 

Pre-registration for one-week sessions required. No drop-ins permitted and space is limited. A minimum of 5 kids must register for the program to take place. 

 

Food Policy

Camp is all inclusive to include snacks and lunch!  We will have a variety of parent-loved healthy snacks such as organic blueberries and strawberries, as well as kids favorite Pirates Booty and Vegetable Straws. Lunch will be served at our sister restaurant Little Beast Bistro, a short walk up the street. 

 

Camper Age 

We have Sessions available for kids ages 5 through 11. Unfortunately, camp is not designed for children under five.

 

Drop-off and Pick-up 

Kids must have their own transportation to and from camp each day. Drop-off and pick-up are supervised by our Staff each day. Approved adults must sign in and out their campers each day. Camper drop-off is from 9-9:15 a.m. each morning. Camper pick-up is at 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. each afternoon. Adhering to the scheduled times for arrival and dismissal is critical! 

 

Camp T-Shirt 

Artsy Beast Summer Camp T-shirt is included in the registration fee. Kids will  receive one shirt at check-in on their first day of camp, regardless of the number of sessions or weeks enrolled. Available sizes range from Youth S to Youth  XXL. Be sure to include the correct T-shirt size when you register. 

 

Camp Dates and Times

Camp sessions are one week in duration (5 days) and are offered between June 26th and July 28th, 2023. Camp sessions are held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We do not have Before-Camp and After-Camp options.

 

Typical Camp Day

Size: 12 kids maximum

Instructors: 2 adult educators/professionals, plus one camp counselor

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The registration processing fee (10%) is nonrefundable. It is refunded only if the camper is registered and we need to cancel the session due to lack of sign up. If a camper is required to arrive a day or more late, or miss 24 hours or more of camp due to a medical issue (Covid 19-related, communicable illnesses such head lice or Conjunctivitis, etc.), we will prorate back the time they missed from camp. Cancellations for other reasons will be refunded, minus the registration processing fee, if the cancellation is made with a written request (email acceptable) four weeks (twenty business days) before the session begins. If a camper leaves camp early due to physical illness, the camp fees will be prorated, minus the registration processing fee, for refund.
